Virginia's is proud to welcome chef Savannah Jordan to join us in our kitchen on Wednesday April 12TH. Savannah formerly worked at Le Bernardin and Mary's Fish Camp and is offering some exciting seafood focused items, like her famous lobster roll for one night only.
This isn't a tasting event, instead Chef Jordan is taking up residence in our kitchen for one night only, offering the following dishes, a-la-carte, in addition to our regular dinner menu. It's a unique opportunity to taste the work of one of New York's most creative young chefs!
